 101 Wave offers secure self check-in—there is no front desk on-site. On the day of your arrival, we'll send you detailed check-in instructions, including your building and apartment access codes.

Please make sure you've provided a valid email address and mobile phone number so you can receive your check-in information. If you haven't received it by your arrival day, please contact us at +1 (305) 610-1743, and we'll be happy to assist you.

 While there is no guest-accessible laundry room on-site, we offer a professional laundry service for $40 per bag. Contact us during your stay, and we'll be happy to assist with your laundry needs. 

 Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. You'll receive your self check-in instructions before arrival, making it easy to access your apartment at your convenience. 

 Check-out is 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. 

 101 Wave Boutique Apartment Suites is located at 101 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139, in the highly desirable South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood. We're just a short walk from the beach, South Pointe Park, Ocean Drive, restaurants, cafés, and the Miami Beach Marina. 

 Yes. Our apartment suites feature fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. 

 Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in every apartment. 

 Yes. We provide convenient self check-in, allowing you to arrive on your own schedule without waiting at a front desk. 

 Public parking and nearby parking garages are available close to the property. We recommend checking parking availability before arrival, especially during weekends and holidays. 

 Each apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Additional housekeeping services may be available upon request for longer stays or additional cost.
